If your item is damaged or the wrong item was shipped, we gladly offer exchanges or store credit. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed with original tags attached. All vintage items, jewelry, accessories and SALE items are not returnable or exchangeable. To process an exchange, please return your items as follows:
1 Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements.
2 We will reserve the new item you would like to receive in exchange.
3 Ship your return item(s) with a tracking number. If your local, we are happily willing to arrange a drop off or pick up.
4 Upon receipt of your exchange, we will process and email you a notification. Your item(s) will be shipped to you with free ground shipping within the continental United States. If you prefer Priority mail, shipping charges will charged at customer’s expense.
5 Please allow 5-10 business days to process an exchange.
At this time, refunds can only be issued in the form of store credit. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. Currently, only new clothing is returnable for store credit only. The following items are final and non-refundable or exchangable:
